Most of the Welded Mesh barriers are used for Military Defensive of Ministry of Denfense. It is formed by Welded Wire Mesh Panel, Spring Wire and Geotextile. Usd the spring wire tied panel together to form a cage, and stapled Geotextile inside the cage to stop the soil out. Filled the earth inside to from a strong wall to prevent flood and explosion.

Constituent Part of HESCO Defensive Welded Gabion Box Barrier:

1. Welded Wire Mesh Panel: used 4.0mm or 5.0mm Diameter Low carbon Steel Wire
2. Spring Wire: Make the 4.0mm wire into helix type, to tie the panel into a cage
3. Geotextile: used heavy duty geotextile cloth along with the panel, to stop soil out.
4. Staple: prvent the geotextile drop.

2. Mesh Hole: 3", 76.2mm, or 75.0mm ( The Mesh Hole can adjust according to the whole size of panel)

Installation Notes

1. Before filling the earth, The gabion cage must be put straightly, and fix by soil around the outside, to ensure the cage will not collapse. Geotextile need to put along with each side

   of the cage.

2. When filling, fill the earth slowly, after each filling, spader should be used to pave and compact the soil to ensure the stressed evenly.

3. The capacity of cage is fix, do not load too much soil.

4. If the soil is uneven and not compacted, the soil will subside over a long period of time, resulting in uneven stress and cage deformation, then damaged.
